如果顾客说,我有两个月没有 respond。。。
那么,请问这么顾客,你做么不会“再” email 我,再提醒我呢?!!

it,
but
customer do not see it....the best to do is like I said earlier...once you have
recv
a request/email....pls acknowledge it and give a dateline for the answer...

By
looking at the feedback from GG, it is not a good sign for us. All the while
they were very satisfied with us and there are more new models from them in the
pipeline.
I
believe the breakdown is not due to our ineffectiveness but just a missed out.
1st thing on Monday morning we need to sort it out. This
is very crucial. I will help on this if needed.
